Not long ago some friends came to visit us. When I asked if they needed directions, they assured me they would be fine since they had a GPS unit in their car. I was impressed and even wondered if we should get a GPS unit too, since I have a tendency to get lost easily. Anyway, we planned for their arrival, and since they were going to make it in time for supper, we were ready. As we sat at the table, we soon noticed headlights out across the meadow along a dirt road from which it is impossible to get to our home. We joked that perhaps they had gotten lost. A while later when they arrived and we sat down to eat, they shared with us how their GPS had led them out to a beautiful meadow and of course we all laughed. Apparently, even GPS units can be wrong.
